Carmel Corn
This is a very yummy recipe, well worth making!

1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 cup corn syrup
pinch of cream of tartar

Put above ingredients into saucepan and bring to boil over medium heat. Stir and then boil for 5 minutes without stirring.

Remove from heat and add;
1 tsp soda

Stir well and pour over;
about 20 cups of popped popcorn (in a large oven safe bowl or roaster).

Stir in and put into preheated 200 F oven for one hour stirring every 10 minutes.

Enjoy!

Is that 1 tsp of Soda, Baking soda or club soda?
