Shortbread
An easy good tasting recipe. This is a Christmas tradition must!

1/2 cup corn starch
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup butter

Blend above ingredients to make a dough. You can either roll it out and cut out the cookies or make small balls and press them down with a fork. I suggest if you do the latter, you cut up a cherry and put a piece of cherry on top. I frost the cut out cookies with a butter icing and decorate. It is time consuming but they look so nice.

Put unbaked cookies onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated 350 F oven until edges of cookies just start to brown.
